A few things before you book

The house is divided into two independent apartments, each with its own entrance. The internal doors that once connected them are still there, locked but no longer in use.

Access to the apartment is via a spiral staircase.

There is no air conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with a two-ring induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, small fridge, toaster, water boiler, and both a french press and a moka pot. There is no oven or washing machine.

Public parking near the house gets busier in July and August.
